Very happy with the service!

First, I did not book my appointment with Gina, but with Dayanne. Secondly, she asked several times whether my nails were BIAB and they were not, I have been doing my nails for ages and I know the difference but she was insisting. All this to find out that at the end, she wanted me to pay extra for the removal because she was insisting that it was BIAB but it was not. This was very unfortunate, GlowCity is my all time go place to do my nails, and I would not expect this from them.

The studio is pretty and clean. The broken blinking led lights were annoying. I recommend going there only if you have enough time. I started my manicure 30 minutes late and I was only done 1,5 hours after I came to the studio, for a treatment that was supposed to last 45 minutes. However, that means she was extremely careful and precise. I was very happy with the outcome.

Het ligt er heel erg aan wie je nagels doet. Ben er 2 keer geweest; de eerste keer waren mijn nagels mooi maar de tweede keer heb ik thuis alles nog na moeten vijlen omdat m'n nagels scheef waren.
